Accessible mental health support for women
rooted in community, compassion, and care.

WHY NEOMA EXISTS
Making mental health support more accessible.
You are not alone, and you don’t have to navigate this on your own.
Neoma Wellness improves access to mental health care for women across Saskatchewan by addressing the barriers that prevent timely support, cost, stigma, and lack of community-based options.
Through subsidized counselling, education, advocacy, and wellness programming, we work alongside service providers and community partners to ensure women can access care that is compassionate, culturally responsive, and grounded in real life.

Advocacy & Awareness
We work to change how mental health support shows up for women in Saskatchewan. Through education, advocacy, and community partnerships, we help reduce stigma, elevate lived experience, and push for systems that are more responsive, inclusive, and humane.

Access to Care
Mental health care should be timely and attainable. We connect women to education, community programming, and subsidized counselling, so support is available when it’s needed most, not only when it’s affordable.

Sustainable Support
Lasting change requires sustainable funding. We collaborate with donors, businesses, and community partners to build long-term solutions that keep mental health support accessible, today and into the future.
HOW WE Support WOMEN

WHAT GUIDES OUR WORK
Supporting the whole person, not just the symptoms.
We believe mental health is not one-dimensional; it is shaped by every part of our lives.
When we care for our whole selves, we build resilience, deepen self-awareness, and strengthen our ability to navigate life’s challenges.
Neoma Wellness is guided by Dr. Bill Hettler’s Six Dimensions of Wellness, a holistic framework that recognizes the deep connection between mental, physical, social, spiritual, intellectual, and occupational well-being. This model reminds us that healing and growth are interconnected; no single part of life exists in isolation.

Honouring all six dimensions of wellness
We design programs and supports that see each person as a whole, acknowledging both challenges and strengths, and fostering sustainable, long-term wellbeing.

Understanding, expressing, and managing emotions in healthy, supportive ways.

Caring for the body through movement, nourishment, rest, and overall physical health.

Engaging curiosity, learning, creativity, and openness to new ideas.

Building meaningful, supportive relationships and a sense of belonging.

Finding purpose, values, and meaning that guide life and personal growth.

Finding fulfillment, balance, and purpose in work, roles, and daily responsibilities.

Evoke Retreat
A community-driven mental health experience
Evoke is Neoma Wellness’s signature event series focused on connection, learning, and meaningful conversations around mental health. Through workshops, speakers, and shared experiences, Evoke creates space for reflection, growth, and support.
Whether you attend as a participant, presenter, or ally, Evoke is a reminder that healing happens in community.
When women are supported, communities grow stronger.
