Action Your Vision w/ Kelsey Fitch
Let's settle into the weekend, get comfortable, get to know each other, and break the ice with a good old fashioned girls pajama party! In this workshop mixed with goal/vision setting tools and techniques, Kelsey will share some of her favourite organizational tools to aid in not only becoming clear on the goals you want to achieve, and the life you want to live, but also how to intentionally action them. This interactive workshop will be casual and fun, filled with lots of deep conversations, laughter, inspiration, connection, clarity, ending with a vision board session...and of course all the pajama party snacks and drinks!

THE EMOTIONAL BODY
“Feel the feeling”…. This is a practice of letting go… of surrender. We use patience to slowly sink deeper allowing tension in the physical body to drip away. As tension falls away, so do the things that we hold onto that we no longer need. Every organ corresponds to the energy of a certain emotion, which, if out of balance will cause specific
symptoms. The health of our organs plays a big role in the expression of emotions! It’s important to know that our organs have a strong relationship with one another, so if one is affected, the others are too.
Emotions associated w/ organs are considered natural responses to life, but if they don’t get expelled or dealt with, overtime it will lead to illness and disease. In this class we stimulate the specific organ to assist in letting go of that emotion.

I will be providing a delightful blend of communication with your loved one's that have crossed over or life support with Mini Psychic/Mediumship Readings. The experience is both engaging and interactive, offering personalized connection. Whether for you or someone in the group I will always ensure an unforgettable experience.
Sexual Health w/Taylor Chetty
In this 1.5hr presentation, Taylor will discuss her career and how it highlighted the importance of accepting our sexuality and integrating healthy discussions with children as they mature and explore relationships.
Taylor will help attendees unravel the origins of the stigma surrounding sexuality and sexual violence and discuss how talking about the parts of us that make us feel uncomfortable is healing and an important service to ourselves and future generations. She will share these lessons from a trauma-informed and nervous system/neuroscience perspective that will be easy to understand, relate to and integrate into every day life. Attendees should be aware that some of the content in this session could be triggering.
Shifting How We View Ourselves, Others, and Food w/ Dietitian Krista Beck Muench
Through diet culture, we have been conditioned to dislike our bodies, and in turn, we do everything in our power to change our body size, weight and appearance.
Unfortunately, food and nutrition are often used solely as a means to alter our bodies, creating an overall poor relationship with both our bodies and food.
During this workshop, Krista will dive into body dissatisfaction, how it results in unhealthy behaviours, how diet culture has robbed most of us of our health, time and freedom and how we can all start to take our lives back from diet culture.
Lastly, Krista will provide an introduction to intuitive eating (the non-diet, self-care approach to eating).
Gauge Yoga/Outdoor Hike w/Bridgette Ponto
Take a breath, and reconnect with yourself in the beautiful Elk Ridge Resort, with a day of hiking, yoga and nature. It’s no secret that being outdoors does wonders, and here you’ll get the chance to breathe in the open air, explore and enjoy a simple yoga session, all wrapped up into one wonderful morning of wellbeing.
With your instructor guiding you, you’ll experience quiet, movement and connection with yourself, while on a picturesque hike through woodlands and wide-open grasslands, enjoying beautiful views along the way. A tranquil antidote to the stresses of modern life, it’s the perfect opportunity to get back to nature and reconnect with mind, body and soul.
This all levels class will focus on opening the parts of the body that are chronically tight due to our daily lives on devices. We will move slow, breath deep through longer holds and work to realign the body leaving you feeling energized and restored before we move through nature. Bring props if you have them!
**The yoga class is all levels. However you will need to go up and down hills for the hike. If you have any physical limitations, this class may not be suitable.

Colors is an entertaining and interactive seminar, strengthening teamwork and understanding which provides a language for expressing values. It’s powerful in discovering our preferences, strengths and stresses to create a measurable impact in communication and inter-personal relationships. For companies, it contributes in tangible ways to the culture of the office and the interaction of all staff and teams. It’s also an eye opening way to realize that our differences are not faults, but actually strengths on our team.

Gauge Yoga w/Bridgette Ponto
Ignite your Light, Stir your Soul and Evoke Creation- " Heart Opening"
When the NS is shot and our head hurts. When we are trying to find our inner calm.
This class blends vinyasa and functional movement along with strength and stability. You will find Sun Salutations, hip mobility, squats and free flow along with upbeat music to get your blood flowing for an early morning movement.
**Yoga Experience is recommended but not a must.

Choreographed Dance w/ Sarah Longpre
This dance class is perfect for ALL levels! Whether you have a background in dance, or you are brand new, this class will offer a beautiful introduction to adult dance. Participants can expect a gentle warm up and stretch, Sarah will lead you through learning a short routine, where the choreography will teach us expressive movement, appreciation for our bodies and the wonderful things they can do. No dance, fitness or flexibility experience is required.

Pound Workout with Raylene from Prairie Strong Fitness
Sweat. Scupt. Rock! With Pound – Rockout. Workout. Channel your inner rock star with this full-body cardio jam session, inspired by drumming. Using Riptix (lightly weighted drumsticks) we get to tone and torch calories, while rocking out to your favourite music! 🤘

Makeup trends are ever changing, but at it's core, the art remains the same, and Stephanie can't wait to share with everyone, and help amplify your natural beauty.
Our Innate Voice with Northern Apothecary's Larissa Muirhead
As women we are born with a strong inner knowing of what our bodies need. Building trust in our voice within can be difficult but in this class I guide you to connect to nature to tune out the noise so you can drop in and listen. We will be using plant allies to nourish our systems as we learn about different plants and build a custom tea blend and a relaxing bath soak.

Dr. Turner’s presentation will provide you with the opportunity to see how burnout relates to various systems in the body, what she generally sees in her practice and how to avoid it.
She will equip you with the tools needed to recognize what stage of burnout you could be in and how to pull yourself out of it.
