Alison Forsberg is a mental performance coach, entrepreneur, social media manager/personal assistant, and mental health advocate.
Alison grew up in the competitive dance and rhythmic gymnastics industries. She has been able to take her passions for dance and mental health and turn them into her career by starting her business, Train Your Brain. Train Your Brain stemmed from a gap that Alison noticed in the performance-based sports industry. She now supports young female-identifying athletes by teaching them the importance of taking care of their mental health, how to create a supportive mental performance that allows them to thrive in their sport, and shows them that they are not alone in their feelings that come up when training as a competitive/elite athlete.
Alison is honoured to be able to use her personal experiences with mental health to help raise awareness, break the stigma, and support women in their mental health and wellbeing journeys.
